This is Yodi a mini dachshund as you can see he is my little old man. Yodi was born in May 1988 and still rules the house. He has been my best bud since day one we used to do everything together but as you can see he now lives the life of being spoiled rotten. He had a check up a few months back and is in excellent health for a 20yr old, he can't see very well but that nose of his works GREAT. When I first say this little guy he was the only one that looked like he could fly his ears stood straight out like Yoda on star wars, now you see where he got his name.
Up until a year ago he spent his day protecting his girls Charlie a border collie and Jerry a rottweiler they didn't go anywhere with out him right behind making sure they staying out of trouble. Last year we rescued a pit bull boxer mix puppy his name is Buford he was way to playful for Yodi that's why Yodi is no longer out with the rest.
